Issue: Company login for ECP will not save.


Please have an admin login to ECP with company and personal credentials  (HCD or RCD).


Please complete the following steps to save the company login for ECP.

  1. Click the ECP Shortcut on the desktop or go to https://secure.ecp123.com/login/ 
  2. Click Admin menu on the left side of the page.
  3. Go to User settings tab.
  4. Click on the Company Login option.
  5. Choose Save login for your community.
  6. Confirm by signing out of ECP.
